Perfect location and I liked the fact the hotel was small and had a good feel to it where bigger hotels can sometimes be soleless

Great hotel for your stay in Tokyo. Minato is a nice quiet area. Hotel is convenient to Hamamatsu Cho station, for easy access to Tokyo station, Disney, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll stay there again. My wife and two daughters loved it!

The hotel is conveniently located and was easy for our family of 5. There are plenty of places to eat and go within walking distance. Staff were fantastic and very kind and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer in the room and they dried all of our clothes which was appreciated. Breakfast is not included so be prepared to find food in the area. There is a 7-11 around the corner but if you want a sit down breakfast you need to find a place that is open early enough. We also had an issue with a lot of places closed on Monday and Tuesday which was when we were staying in the area.

Amenities were unique and catered well to our needs. Room was very clean Breakfast choices were excellent too. Couldn’t wait gor our next trip to Tokyo and stay again at this hotel.

Very clean and accessible hotel. The location is excellent, with only a short walk to public transportation, making it quick and easy to reach other districts and attractions. The room was very small, but that was not a major issue. My main complaint was the coin-operated laundry. The washers worked fine, but the dryers were not effective and required at least two additional drying cycles to fully dry clothes.

Loved this hotel. Front Desk was amazing with our check in. We were tired from flying in Florida and they very nice. The hotel itself was literally so close to the Shiomi station that made it easy to get to Tokyo within 3 stops. The connecting Family Mart made getting snacks so chill. Highly recommend

The room was clean. The ac took a while to cool off the room.
