Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a huge selection of food in a pleasant space. Bedroom was soundproofed and had blackout curtains and a very comfortable bed. Housekeeping was done daily. Nice collection of teas, bottle of water and coffee available. There was a hairdryer and a clothes steamer. Good quality toiletries were provided.
Bar staff were pleasant and professional.

The hotel was ideally situated really close to Paddington train station and tube station a matter of minutes away , the room was clean quite small but had all we needed , breakfast was very good a lot of choice

Great staff, good location & very well maintained. Our room was very nice but the window was to an outside utility area so no real view & there was a compressor or something that would turn on periodically.

Not really a 5 star property. Very charming public spaces but rooms are in need of a refresh - stained fabric, carpet, etc and very dated. Excellent bed and bed linens and spacious room.
