"It's quite a basic hotel but great for an overnight or short stay. It was comfortable, clean and had what we needed. Walls are a little thin so sound travels. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The staff at this Walsall hotel are very attentive and visiting staying at this place makes it less stressful. The staff are warm and helpful both at reception , resturant and the gym. Love the restaurant staff so down to earth and always polite."

"This was a really good stay ! Excellent hotel It is large, clean and well located Plenty of parking , restaurant on site was good The room was spacious The only thing I could think of to improve would be if there was a fridge in the room"

"The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable bed. The air conditioning stopped working in the middle of the night. Breakfast was ok could have used better quality ingredients such as real eggs for scrambled eggs rather than powdered. Offer wholemeal bread."
