very clean, easy check in and out, staff were nice and let me keep my luggage at the lobby after checkout. however it is located near the red light district. I still felt very safe otherwise.

Excelent hotel. Walkable to one of Tokyos biggest train and metro station. I enjoyed my stay here. At timse you can feel that is a bit far from all tourist attractions and locations.
