I did not care so much for the strong smell of cigarette smoke when i walked in to 1st check in.
My boys said the pool water was so cold that they could not reslly enjoy it.
I DID take notice and have much respect for the property owner and management team for showing respect to our Country by displaying the American flag atop the Hotel and out of all hotels i seen in Las Vegas, Rio was the ONLY one.
My Father was a WW2 Veteran.

Not a guest friendly property. Bedside electronic tablet inoperable. After two calls to attempt to obtain a replacement told that the hotel no longer services the item.
Keurig coffee maker is in room with 2 paper cups and two cartridges. Hotel charges $20 per cup to use but no notification of the charges. Told that information is on bedside electronic tablet which was inoperable.
