We stayed there for a week and it was great. It was myself and my two teenage daughters. Spacious, great amenities, easy walk to cavill avenue 10 mins, 5 mins to beach. Great pool and wifi always worked. Will stay again!!

Car park requires validating each day.
Requires standing in line which wastes our holiday days. Not enough staff at reception. Staff in the Sports Bar was rude. Staff in M&G cafe also rude.
They require free parking for guests staying at the hotel. There process is terrible.

The staff were professional and attentive - even the pool cleaners! The room was spacious, clean, nice outlook onto a little man made lagoon. Beautiful pool, easy beach access, good eating options.

Really impressive! The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean, with every amenity that you could wish to have. The pool, gym, steam and sauna were all a nice addition. The hotel was close to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. A real gem. Well worth a stay!
