Our favorite place to stay in Tokyo. The staff is very nice, the food is fantastic at the buffet, and the location is perfect to the Ikebukuro train station, across the street. The amenities are replaced daily in each room and the rooms are always kept clean. We also love that the Airport Limousine stop is at the hotel so there in no need to walk anywhere else to catch it.

Hotel location is great. Accessible to subway station. Restaurant is great and a bit pricey :) Since this is somewhere in Shinjuku, it is a bit less busy at night. A 5-10 minute walk can get you to the mall area close to the Shinjuki station. Overall, the facility is worth the money.

Great location. Quiet and safe area. Having the Skytree Station across the street was awesome. Every place I had to get to was about 30 minutes away.
The big bonus was the grocery store on the main floor.
Hotel staff were great. Very polite as well.
Will be recommending the hotel.

The breakfast was an issue I booked it ahead of time just the same as the the other hotels but when I arrived they said I only book one person and had to pay extra for my son. Also the food was over cooked and hard waffles
