The staff at this hotel were all very friendly n helpful, don't be fooled by the pics of the room, we had room 102 with window it's not ! The tv didn't work, when raised with the staff it was sorted out right away, the room needed a full makeover, granted it wasn't an expensive hotel, you get what you pay for, only there two nights had it been any longer I would had checked out, the breakfast was just okay, the noise from the reception could be heard word for word in our room would I stay again NO!

The property is good at best. Every day we had to wait for space for the breakfast buffet, which was mediocre. Eggs and hashbrowns were gone as soon as they came out. You had to pay an additional fee for a "specialty coffee" which is just a cappuccino.
We booked a family lagoon room. It was outdated. The beds were exceptionally squeaky, old sheets and dull.
For the money you can find better.
