Hotel is very clean and the staff is very attentive. Just keep in mind this hotel is in a very busy area, with some very interesting nightlife, so definitely not appropriate for families! Hotel rooms are a bit outdated and in Japanese style, very small, but that’s expected. The bathroom was probably just as big as the room. Close to a main train station so that’s a plus.

Clean room and friendly staff. Hotel is conveniently located near shops and train stations. I liked that there are dining options within the hotel building.

2 minutes away from Ikebukuro station, plenty of restaurants in and near the hotel and fantastic service

Our stay was amazing, hotel is located near so many shops and restaurants including a Uniqlo on the first floor so that was a plus! Subway stop a block away and there was a Lawson, 7-Eleven and Family Mart very close as well as a Don Quijote. Will definitely consider staying here once again during our next trip!

The hotel’s common areas are nice and clean but in need of updating. The room itself was clean; however, the beds were extremely hard, and the furniture was old and outdated. The room looked totally different from the pictures shown — and not in a good way.
