Japan Kid friendly Holidays

We stayed on 29th floor in a triple room. It was a good size big enough for 3 people and had a nice view over the city. The room was clean. The staff were helpful. Direct access from hotel to Sunshine City mall where you can access the metro which is one stop away from main ikebukuro station. I would recommend accessing hotel via the sunshine city mall as this is easier to find. Also the airport bus stops directly outside the hotel so this is an added bonus to a nice stay. Lifts weren't an issue as there are 2 dedicated to the upper floors. Laundry facilities and family mart also available within the hotel. Would recommend this hotel and ikebukuro for a trip to Japan. Shinjuku and Shibuya are both accessible on train within 10 mins

We stayed at this property for a few days. Really loved the quiet location, while walkable to many restaurants. The superior room was large with great views of the city. My daughter loved having 7-11 downstairs & Starbucks across the street. Highly recommend!

Stayed here 22 years ago on my honeymoon. Came back with our two sons and it is still a fantastic hotel. Perfect location to see Tokyo with a family. Staff are amazing. The roof top bar is special. Rooms are great and location is perfect.

Very good location, close to all the fun in Shinjuku.

This place was incredible! It was super convenient, right next to different transportation lines. It was like a central hub, making it easy to get to everything I wanted to see. In addition to that, the food options and staff were great. I’d recommend checking out Midtown BBQ too. It’s right next door. Don’t let the quiet building nextdoor fool you. There’s a 711 there open 24 hours a day. Same building as the bbq.

While the location is truly unbeatable,right above Namba Station with easy access to shopping, dining, and transit,the hotel itself falls short of its 5-star claims. The room was quite small for the high price and the overall decor feels dated. Service was excellent, and breakfast was a highlight with a good selection and quality. However, essential toiletries were missing, which is surprising for a hotel of this category. The window in the room was also disappointingly small, limiting natural light. The lobby was extremely busy and felt more chaotic than welcoming, which took away from the sense of luxury. Overall, you’re paying for the location and service, but not the room size or 5-star experience
