We asked the staff on a Monday when we needed to forward our luggage to get it to the airport for our flight the following Saturday. They told us it would get there overnight so Friday would work. Come to find out, that’s only to the closer airport, not Narita. So when we came to ship it Friday morning we were informed it wouldn’t get there until Sunday, which was after our flight. We ended up having to take a taxi which cost $200. Had they just asked the question which airport are you going to. We would have known that we needed to do it sooner and could have avoided this.
Besides that, the staff just wasn’t as friendly or helpful as other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan.
The room was fine. It was clean.

Stayed here for 5 nights in October; had an amazing stay! Hotel was quiet, comfortable, and super accessible to everything we wanted to do. Staff had excellent English and were able to help us with any questions that we had about the area around the hotel and with services like luggage forwarding, etc.
100% would stay again.
Didn’t eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel, so not sure what they’re like. There’s tons of restaurants and other options at your doorstep!
