The Wi-Fi did not work while we were there. They had no face tiles and we had to wash with rug towels. The manager comped us $100 to eat and told us we will have tiles in our room and when I returned, I’ll still only had two tiles and they put them on top of my suitcase when we first checked in the water was not working and we had to wait hours to bathe

This is a great place. Has lots of different dining options and the drinks are reasonable at the bars. It could be perfect if they threw in a breakfast buffet for the resort fees. I do not use any of the other "resort" stuff.
