Room and resort was fabulous. Fit all are needs

Clean room, alot of walking but as expected.

Hard to tell when booking the room if it is non smo

The 'hidden' resort fee came as an unpleasant surprise. The price on Expedia for this vacation stated 'what you see is what you'll pay.' This is a flat out lie as upon checking out i was slapped with a resort fee over $311 for 5 nights! The suite was fantastic but there was NO MICROWAVE! Another sham to prevent you from saving money by eating in your room. Also, the shameless $20 per day parking fee is quite excessive. This place has to make millions per day and I'm sure this parking garage has been paid for for quite some time. Housekeeping was terrific and had a keen eye for the little details. Cash is king, yet it's not accepted here. What a backwards concept. Lastly, the mobile check in and check out created a feeling of detachment from the hotel. Only staff i spoke to were food servers and housekeeping in the hallway a few times. Does beat standing in a long line to check in but i like face to face dealings.

We stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. Our room was cleaned only one time out of the entire stay. Then, no bell hop or bell men we had to order carts for our luggage incoming and leaving at the end of our stay. It was a lot!!! Food options were good, but for breakfast they could have provided more. I will not stay at this establishment again!

Clean room. Beautiful pools. Hottub was nice. Parking close to the building. Great place to stay. Will be back
