Nevada Kid friendly Holidays

Not as clean as expected

First time staying here, it was a nice big hotel especially with all the amenities. I just think it’s very expensive, esp renting the floaties for the lazy river.

I liked it because it was nearby the main hotels on the strip. I dislike that there were dead bed bugs in the couch.

We came with our family of four. Which led to 5 other friends deciding to book and come to Vegas for a long weekend. I loved everything about this property from location to theme. Pricing of rooms didn't seem bad. Our room was hot, however we were a strip view room that is directly in the sun. We were able to get a box fan from room service immediately. Which helped. My only complaint is the LACK OF A REFRIGERATOR. It is already pricy to stay in Vegas, on top of $7/bottle of water, and resort fees. No fridge? It is BS. With a decline in people coming to Vegas I would highly encourage offering something.

Everyone was very accommodating and the room was exquisite!

So this property was gorgeous. It was very luxurious. However i only stayed two days and on my last night there was no water in the taps from 11pm to 6am. This was the time frame that i needed to get ready to go to the airport. I called them and let them know my concern and i was offered another suite to use the bathroom for about an hour to use the bath and toilet. This was completely inconvenient. I would have prefered another suite to be relocated to since it was a planned water outage. So this is the reason for not getting 5 stars. Everything else about the room and properly was exceptional.

It was a wonderful, magical experience. We loved the whole experience.
