I was given a room with a nice welcome fruit platter and donuts and nice bed decor however it was not for me, the card said another name. I had a long night and I did want to rest but the staff was very apologetic and when requested to move to another room, they were prompt.
The hotel is a little old with that smell. It definitely needs upgrade. The best thing about this hotel is being attached to the mall.
