"Balkongen på havssidan vetter mot Nacpan, och ljuset under solnedgången var guldfärgat och sedan lite rosa. Den typen av ljus behöver man inte redigera. Jag stod kvar tills det blev mörkt. Badrummet har bara dusch, vilket är lite opraktiskt om man inte vill få håret blött. Men det finns en liten hylla precis utanför duschen, praktiskt att ställa sina egna produkter där. "The room was good, clean, had everything you need. It’s very difficult to get to due to road conditions. No ones fault obviously but would have been good to know. The place is in a very noisy area, so many roosters so bring good earplugs. The beach is filthy and you cannot swim there. Would not recommend going there "

"Staff especially Lhynne was wonderful but overall amenities and property management including food options is very poor. New Year’s Eve event was horrible, most of the things promised didn’t happen & food left a lot to desire for. Overall not a world class 3 star resort even. The staff however are polite and tried their best to provide a good experience but they are constrained by the amenities & what’s available for them to do. Overpriced for a resort of this quality. "

"I booked 7 standard triple rooms for two with two separate beds yet you gave only 6 rooms rooms with only one bed. I send an email to clear about it because my payment is too much for what was given for accommodation but no response. The website cover for the resort is deceiving showing the picture of the beach claiming its near the beach front but the real location is very far with narrow and muddy alley. The breakfast they serve is only bead and egg which when you are booking saying...

"Location right in the heart of El Nido. Stores all around for souvenirs, rent motorcycles and schedule tours. Rooms were decent, the price was more for the location and not for the quality as is very convenient. No elevators so if you bring lots of luggage expect to climb."
