Beautiful and clean property. Not too many choices on TV and we did enjoy the pool and hot tub but couldn't figure out how to get to them without having to travel through the restaurant/ bar...yikes and a little weird.

The Valets were very friendly, they welcomed us back each time we left and came back.

Second time staying at this property. Very convenient location near to Cedars-Sinai where I had back surgery.Very helpful staff having wheelchair ready, extra pillows. Staff even offered microwave and fridge to room which I did not need. Enjoyed the pasta at restaurant and nice breakfast. Thank you.

No cleaning staff to be found on a Sunday. I wanted to get fresh sheets on the bed and requested fresh towels but I had to go down to front desk to get them because no one else can bring them up to my room. Coffee is $4. Guests should be given free coffee at least. Parking is sooo expensive!!! I stayed at Hotel Burbank one time and my parking was free. The lights in the bathroom keeps turning on by itself during the night. I had to get up to turn it off. Why can’t we just have a normal on/off switches?

Pick to somewhere else to stay in LBC and you will be disappointed. Fairmont Breakers was by far one of the best hotel I’ve stayed. The decor in itself was great. I’d love to see more dining options on the first floor and an expanded bar. The rooftop staff were beyond amazing. The three days I stayed, they provided personalized attention to my drink selection each time! Restaurant was the best choice. I think it’s very overpriced and has a very limited selection. I feel like I waisted an evening of dinner there.

Nice staff, room has everything it needs. there was blood stains on the lamp shade. also all the doors on the closet in front of the fridge could use WD40 it's so loud. Valet is also a bit overpriced

Stayed in the Cabana Room for 5 nights, was a nice room for 2 people. However, received a text during our stay that the Historic Lobby of the hotel would be closed for two days due to a filming event, so we never really got to see the hotel outside of our room and explore what it had to offer (historic lobby, spare room, etc.). On our last day the lobby was open so we walked in and got told by security they were “watching us on the cameras wander around”, questioning if we were guests and that we needed to leave. Rude tone/comment to make considering he would have seen us on the cameras come from our hotel room. When we explained we were staying at the hotel and wanted to see inside he told us we couldn’t be there because of ANOTHER event being held in the room next door, that was never made aware to guests. Also found dried up eye contacts in the bathroom, and hair in my chicken tacos when we got lunch. For the amount of money you spend and amenities unavailable, staff could be nicer.
