The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.

This is a high end hotel. Our room was huge and the property was immaculate. The restaurants were great and it was walking distance to trains.

We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail.
We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted.

My family and I have traveled extensively over the years, but this was the first family trip to Tokyo. The Palace Hotel was everything we expected it to be. Fantastic location, across from the Imperial Palace. Extremely attentive staff, beautiful facilities, great guest rooms, a very memorable breakfast buffet. Several of the on property restaurants were fantastic. Loved the live jazz music in the Grand Restaurant on our first night. Very memorable all the way around.
One of the best hotels I've ever experienced. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and moden place. Having an in -suite laundry was super convenient( 2in1 laundry). This hotel apartment had all the amenities you need. Eg toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, hair ties, shaver and laundry detergent. Only item that was missing was lotion but that wasn't a big deal. Location was excellent as it was few steps to the trains. The monorail was also a few steps away and it takes you straight to haneda airport within 15mins. If you catch the express train it will take you there within 6 min (train ride). Overall 5 stars and would definately recommend for family with children.
