Excellent for my family!!!

The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.

This is a high end hotel. Our room was huge and the property was immaculate. The restaurants were great and it was walking distance to trains.

This in comparison to some of the nice places I stayed in Osaka and Kyoto. This hotel can provide water filling station and other amenities such as coin laundry. They definitely cater to professionals and have a beautiful must see garden that is shared between three properties that is serene. Everyone speaks English well so it definitely caters to tourist.

We had stayed at the hotel in 2023 and were pleasantly surprised to see the rooms had been remodeled. The bathroom and closet are very nice and modern with an attention to zen detail. We had breakfast included and the chef came around every morning bringing to each table the best and freshest out of the oven Madeleine cookies we have ever tasted.

Clean and moden place. Having an in -suite laundry was super convenient( 2in1 laundry). This hotel apartment had all the amenities you need. Eg toothbrush/toothpaste, comb, slippers, hair ties, shaver and laundry detergent. Only item that was missing was lotion but that wasn't a big deal. Location was excellent as it was few steps to the trains. The monorail was also a few steps away and it takes you straight to haneda airport within 15mins. If you catch the express train it will take you there within 6 min (train ride). Overall 5 stars and would definately recommend for family with children.
