I stayed one night at Atlantis Hotel in Melbourne. While the room was clean and the staff were friendly, it definitely did not feel like a four-star hotel. The room was very basic, more like a budget motel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing — despite being advertised as continental, the options were extremely limited (eggs, beans, bread, and yogurt), with no fresh fruit or variety. Overall, clean but far below four-star standards

Great location, close to the airport, room was spacious and clean staff were good but need a bit more customer focus and welcoming. I think chairs at the reception is not ideal as an old man was sitting there facing the other side make us confused if that was the main hotel reception or not. Hotel Reception should look more welcoming. Restaurant food and staff were great but a bit more attentive. Overall it was a great sray.

Very good quality amenities. Clean room and good location. I enjoyed staying and Brady Hotels group is a trusted brand to me.

General cleanliness of the room was only fair. In particular the floor of the bathroom needs a good scrub. No herbal teas or handtowel in the kitchen area.

Rooms were spartan but if you only want a place to sleep this will do. Ten minute walk to terminal 2. Lobby was being renovated so breakfast was available next door.

Central location good, and paid parking available nearby. Breakfast OK at $21 (prepaid) but $29 if you don't pay at checkin.
