Tokyo dome hotel was the best. The staff was super helpful and nice. The hotel has a buffet restaurant, a convince store, and a high end bar. Best place ever.

Clean room with floor to ceiling windows with a great view. Staff was impeccably attentive and the hotel grounds were fantastic. Location in my opinion was prime with subway station a one minute walk out of the property to reach anywhere in Tokyo. It was a great stay.

The room is small. In room laundry is a plus.
Kitchen not very useful for us and it creates smell in the room.
Breakfast (we paid) was terrible and had to prepare it in the small kitchen area in the room. Regret to purchase the "free" breakfast.
The hotel is a mix of hotel and apt unit like stay.
Room is clean and the location is convenient.

Bed kinda sucked. Was so tired it didn’t matter. Lady at the desk was nice. The spa bath in the basement is what saves this place. That is such a godsend after a day of travel.
