We did a little resort hop halfway through our trip, and wow — we are so glad this was our final stop! It ended our vacation on such a high note. The food was excellent (consistently good, which isn’t always the case at resorts), and the drinks were really well done. Our room was beautiful and comfortable. We weren’t able to get a king bed, which was a bit of a bummer, but honestly it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The beach access was easy and convenient, and I really appreciated the size of the resort — not too big, not overwhelming, and it felt easy to navigate. We also met some great people during our stay, which made it even more memorable. Such a great way to wrap up our trip — we’d absolutely come back as well as recommend!

We loved Caribe. The pool & beach were fantastic. Lots of towels and very pleasant service all day long. Breakfast in the morning was a highlight. Luz the hostess was a bright refreshing encounter every day. Her teammates Adrain Alfredo Jesus and Ricardo all at cafe Solaris kept the coffee flowing in style. Lu the manager was always present . Interacting with all the guests and ever ready to volunteer any iinformation one may need . I particularly appreciated that Lu recommended and made reservations for dinner almost . We took her advice and enjoyed each place that she recommended. Honestly I would have no hesitation to recommend caribe. Rooms were very clean prompt housekeeping lots of towels and bottled water. I can’t wait to go back.

This is our 2nd year going to Fiesta Americana Condesa in Cancun. We love it. Everything is wonderful. You can see the water from any hotel room, also from most of the resort. The upper pool is an exceptional spot to watch the water while staying cool. Staff is abundant and always friendly and helpful,very quick to any requests. Food is excellent, including the buffet, it is also very easy to find food and drinks anywhere, anytime. The resort has a fairly small footprint, so you dont have to travel far to find anything, and there's plenty of bars, restaurants, etc. The drinks are actual drinks (think negroni, aperol spritz,bloody mary, etc) if you want them to be (made strong) but they also have the typical tropical drinks. Food: buffet is great and much variety for breakfast, Ceviche place for lunch is wonderful but also the buffet (no swimwear though), there is a pizza stand and a "american" food stand but you can also order from a waiter to deliver poolside very quickly for lunch. For dinner, some of the restaurants rotate when they are open, but you must try out Brasa their new brazilian steakhouse, and as of March 2026 no reservations are required at the restaurants. Buffet is good for dinner but doesn't rotate the dishes a lot, Rosato italian was very good but slower service, Street tacos by the lobby are delicious, i didnt get to the Mexican food restaurant but I'm sure its great. They also have Sushi Corner and a cafe in the gift shop. Go here, you wont regret it!

We enjoyed our stay here. It started off a bit rough with the first day being put in a room where there was construction over top. We quickly went and talked to the front desk and they were unable to move us until the next day. We spent the day by the pool and checked back to the lobby a few times to see when we could move into our new room so we could settle in we were only there for six days. They were able to finally move us in a room at 6 PM. Upon arrival, there was a strong scent of chemical that was overpowering. We unpacked and went for supper and notified the front desk. The maintenance came up and agreed that the room had a strong scent of chemical, and we needed to move once again. Went to the front desk got her new keys and moved to our new room at 10 PM on our second day. from there the vacation started to improve. We are VIP members of Expedia and we’re supposed to get a bottle of wine but this Hotel didn’t know anything about it and we did not receive that. The staff in all of the restaurants and all other areas were amazing. Our housekeeping crew kept our room clean and stopped at all times. The property itself is fairly clean although when it’s at 100% capacity, there are a few chairs short. We had to get up at 7 AM to save a good chair by the pool. The food was delicious although I felt was limited as we did not see a buffet for supper. The à la carte restaurants were available at no reservations so often had to wait but the food was always good.
