Everything was extraordinary me and my wife are satisfied there is only one thing that we experience is the food not the best not the worst either but for sure they can do better other than that everything is amazing we love it and we recommend it

The pools were amazing. Unfortunately the staff was not great, the people who give the towels were rude, would say we never gave them or cards and our room numbers weren’t on the list. But you can’t get a towel with giving them the card so wouldn’t make sense for us to have towels . The house keepers cleaned our room while we were out on an excursion and left the door to our room open! And of course, our towel cards we had left on the counter in the same exact spot as we always do , were missing.

Had a wonderful time, only one minor issue with the shower wand not being able to switch from the overhead shower head. I have started at this resort several times over the years and have always been very pleased.

Everything about the property itself, the staff, the food, the room was exquisite. The only negative was the constant upselling - at arrival, at dinner, in the mornings, for excursions, and even right before checkout. It upset the relaxing atmosphere to constantly to be prepared to repel a pitch.

Everything was amazing. The staff, drinks, and food were top tier. They made our anniversary so special. Just book it.

We enjoyed our rest in the calm and peaceful environment. Clean, cozy, and beautiful property. Excellent service, especially, the concierge on the beach Denise, and Rodrigo from entertainment team. Just a few names but the list, indeed, is much more extensive. The resort staff made our stay pleasurable. Thank you!
