Great location and atmosphere. Didn’t like that the elevator has to stop on the second floor every time. Breakfast not worth the price. But staff was so nice and friendly. Drinks here are SOOOO GOOD! Overall amazing stay would definitely book again.

Niwa is a nice oasis in the midst of bustling Tokyo: great location, good restaurants, cool bee-keeping on the property, BUT it's quite dated compared to many other properties I've stayed in on this trip. Tiny rooms, dated bathroom, ancient coffee machine in the room...one can do better for the money.

The front desk staff assisted me with finding my wife a 24 hour urgent care when we had a medical issue. Thank you!!

This hotel was exceptional. Truly what you would expect for Forbes and Michelin 5 star rating. The rooms were very large for Japan standards. Wonderful deep soaking tub and exquisite views. The bed was extremely comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel is the hotel bar. I’ve never seen such spectacular skyline views. They even stamp the foam of your beer with the hotel logo. I would highly recommend this hotel for couples but not for families because the shower and tub is visible from the bedroom.

Great place to stay, great staff, very clean, excellent breakfast, perfect location to transportation.

I wish the Godzilla terrace was open. The beds are very hard like a board. Great location in the heart of Shinjuku. Good access to subway and train. The limousine bus stop to and from the airport is one block away.

We didn’t eat on the property, staff was helpful, clean room, air conditioning worked well

The room were small, hardly get into the sink, the room was okay.

Great hotel, not too far from Ueno station (around 20mn walks), very comfy bed, all you need in the room. Only inconvenient is there is only one elevator and no stairs. So even if you want to take the stairs, you can't, its not. So don't leave at 10am for the checkout, at the same time than everyone... Otherwise, great litte hotel !
