Great Location, great breakfast and fabulous large room, staff are excellent, highly recommend a stay here.

Just incredible. When you pay good money for accomodation the service doesn’t always match. But the staff here are simply incredible. There is nothing we can say about improving as it was as good as it gets!

The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is very convenient and the parking in front of the room was great. However it is a budget accommodation in a good location, so the amenity is not the best and you get what you pay for. Overall it was a great stay.

The room was very clean with a view of the rainforest outside our window. We had a problem with the telly so the staff kindly let us switch rooms. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Queenstown. The hotel’s location on the shores of Lake Wakatipu provides stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy town centre. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and excellent facilities. Waking up to the lake views each morning was one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Service was consistently warm and efficient throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold options, with high-quality ingredients and beautiful views from the restaurant. It was a great way to start each day. While the hotel is located a short drive or water taxi ride from central Queenstown, we found this to be an advantage, allowing us to enjoy the spectacular scenery and a quieter environment while still having easy access to the town. Overall, Hilton Queenstown delivered the relaxing lakeside experience we were looking for and we would happily stay here again.
