All of the workers are nice. Antonio our concierge was awesome! I only put 3 stars for area around the hotel. There is nothing to do around the hotel without leaving the premises. All inclusive is useless. They only have 2 restaurants to choose from. This is definitely a laid back non party place! I would go back. The villa with kitchen and 2 separate bedrooms was the main reason I stayed there.

Super family friendly location with very very kind staff.

I will preface this by stating this is a timeshare resort. All owners get priority over resort guests for everything. If you are okay with being told constantly that members get first preference on everything, then you will be fine. Due to this, my family will not stay here again. Pros: The rooms have full kitchens and we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. We chose to stay here for this top reason (so we did not have to share a room with our kids). In hind site, I am seeing now that it would have been better to get other benefits. However, the room was very clean and the maid staff was great. Room service was also good. The food was so/so at best The spa- although small, it was perfect, very clean and welcoming, whirlpool, sauna, steam room, relaxation rooms, and plenty of towels/ cucumbers for eyes, and cold towels available. I had two massages and the spa was for sure the highlight of the trip. The main restaurants- Hacienda, La Trattoria, and The Bistro were great. Good service and delicious food. The shows were good, entertainment staff friendly, nice gym Areas to note: Full disclaimer should be made that the all inclusive is not all inclusive. Drinks are bottom shelf and only 1 beer choice. Lots of restrictions, they watch you at the pool to make sure you don’t leave your seat for too long. Towels- policing of old towels was a bit ridiculous Our concierge was not available to help. Some staff were not friendly or helpful. Maybe I have too high expectations.

The Valentin is pure heaven! You are greeted with a glass of Champaign and a cool cloth for your face. The place is amazing.The grounds are beautiful . The room was great. The staff treat you like gold. The restaurants are excellent and the food is very tasty. The shows are very good and definitely worth seeing. The pool is fantastic with swim up bars and plenty of activities. Highly recommend andante wait to go back!

The pros: the jungle setting was amazing. The animals were everywhere… every day I had an interaction with monkeys, coatis, and deer. The resort itself is really spread out. The staff was wonderful - shout out to

This property was clean, the attention to detail was outstanding, and the employees were the kindest people! We loved the size of the pools, the service, and the food!!! Just a heads up, if you dine in the French restaurant, men must wear pants, shorts are not allowed. Every dish we tried throughout our stay we liked! Each night the shows and events were fun and lively. The talent from the employees was so good. We would definitely recommend staying here and we will be back.

This property is absolutely beautiful. From the moments that you walk in the staff make you feel you are at home. The service amazing. The activities both morning and evening need improvements, especially for folks with kids or teenagers. The food seemed redundant and not much of variety, but overall decent. I would recommend this property to freinds and family.

This resort was absolutely perfect. The food was just outstanding at each restaurant. The service goes above and beyond at all levels to make you comfortable. Everything is spotlessly clean. We loved every minute and have zero complaints at all. I would HIGHLY recommend this spot for any couple!!
