It was a great experience I would go there again

Amazing staff come here every year and get treated with the same respect

The staff was incredibly rude. The one day we let them clean our room, they stole our pink Stanley cup from the room. There was also a huge misunderstanding and instead of being helpful and informative they started being extremely aggressive and unprofessional. If you are expecting a party resort, don’t book here. If you want to be able to bring people back to your resort, don’t book here. If you want good food, don’t book here. Also the 24 snack lounge smells like something died in there.

Too many mishaps from the day we entered he resort until the last night we stayed there. #1 Retrain the staff and customer service #2 Better quality of the food #3 Segregation of the different levels of membership(communication from management to members needs to be clearer) as new members we didn’t know what was and wasn’t available to us. #4As new members we will not be returning to the Royal Solaris.

Food was horrible, 3 restaurants with not many food options. Needs major improvements. Entertainment was nonexistent.

Beautiful hotel! Rooms were clean, food was great, staff were friendly and attentive. Richard from sky bar was very attentive and experienced with the drinks. Alfonso, our concierge, was also very helpful and informative, he helped us book a last minute excursion to Xoximilco with a private shuttle instead of the tour bus, which also took a lot less time to arrive to the destination for around the same price. Overall, would love to come back to this hotel if we ever go again without our kids.
