Great place to stay , excellent breakfast

Great being able to enter SeaWorld from the resort. Your variable room pricing shouldn’t be able to go up to $500 per night when you’ve got cockroaches and lizards in your room. Renovate your rooms then you can charge this much per night. Not enough parking for guests.

Clean room and great size. Staff were great and breakfast superb. Love the lagoon pool and plenty of lounges around the pool except a lot of people putting towels on lounges early to hold them and then returning 2 hours later to use them. Doesn’t seem fair

We had a really nice stay at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. The location is unbeatable — especially for New Year’s Eve. Watching the fireworks from the area was amazing, and the neighborhood itself is lively with the beach, shops, and restaurants all around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made things easy. Another big plus is the food scene — there are so many good places to eat right next door and within a short walk. A couple of minor issues: the curtain in the master bedroom was slightly torn, letting in early morning sunlight and affecting our sleep, and the dishwasher had a few dirty dishes left inside when we arrived. Overall, these were small things in an otherwise great stay.
