I had to cancel my room as I had to return home to Europe early due to a family situation.
Although I gave a weeks notice they would not consider giving me any of the (very expensive) room cost back.
They merely quoted t and c’s.
Other hotels which we booked did so despite the rooms being technically uncancellable.
So they have my money. Good luck to them and I won’t be near their resort when I come back to Fiji.

Room was extremely loud (room 212) as right by reception. It smelt like solvent and gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep as a result. Pool etc were excellent but the room was awful. Some generator thing was noisy too in the room

The most enjoyable part of the stay was the exceptionally helpful, friendly and entertaining staff.
Some maintenance on the Bures is needed going forward. Just making sure the toilet seats are secured each time guests arrive , a mat inside the front door, and just some paint on marks would be recommended.
Also a change up in the daily menu would be great.
Overall we had a fun time.
