1st was the code to get your key i was in flight when it was sent to me and was unable to view my email next the wifi is absolutely terrible not only in the resort but even out at the restaurants. Last was the lady that came out to give us the key was pleasant but when we left she walked right past us (and yes she did see us) and said absolutely nothing.. I guess that is how they treat there clients that are paying there salary

We stayed in Morris #517. This is an excellent well appointed, clean and remodeled unit. Some of the common areas have not been as well maintained, and a number of areas are currently being worked on. This is a mix of long term rentals, residents and short term holiday units. The local by the Cultural district is unparalleled in Cairns and makes this a great choice for active folks. the airplanes do land/take off nearby, so if that would be a bother to you please be sure to consider. For us, no worries.

Fantastic hotel to stay in. I will definitely be back.

A restaurant for evening meals and a gym would have added to the experience.

Fabulous 4 night trip to Hayman. Just the most beautiful scenery and grounds and a very friendly staff. We enjoyed the excursions snorkeling and seeing Whitehaven Beach. We initially had a lagoon room which we didn’t love so we upgraded to a second floor room overlooking the pool. They were very accommodating. Used the gym and ate at all the restaurants. We also enjoyed the great acoustic guitar player each night.

Outstanding room with great view from of the Opera House and the habit. Room was spacious with great amenities. The staff was attentive and very helpful. We would return again

Cleaners banging around first thing pushing to get you out do they could clean your room! Coffee stain on table not removed across the 5 days we stayed .
