"Firstly, this is a beautiful hotel. The staff are all very friendly, helpful and very efficient. But, having booked an "Ocean View" room, I was told on check-in that these are really "Ocean glimpse" rooms. You have to lean out on your balcony to actually see the ocean. In the UK that would be illegal ..."
