"It a beautiful historic beach front hotel. The aura of the history was everywhere. The front desk people were very sweet. The glass terrace facing the beach was an exquisite place to sit. The green lawn at the front was very peaceful place. The breakfast I did not like so much, but there were plenty of other options around"

"Beautiful old building. Had everything I needed except for a shower as in I had to take the shower in the bath, which is not my favourite thing."

"We very much enjoyed the upstairs pool, i believe there is a fee for the pool & jacuzzi on lower ground. Restaurant was lovely, polite and helpful staff. Our AC wasnt working properly, even when the gentleman came and fixed it, it wasnt really cool, but not an issue as was quite cool for june. If i were to share some constructive criticism, it would be a lovely touch to have a mini fridge in the deluxe & superior rooms! Finally, we were ever so grateful for the free noon checkout on the Sunday, that was very kind indeed, all in all a wonderful weekend break & I'm positive we will return soon! "

"We lived the spacious comfortable hotel. Everywhere was spotless and comfortable. It was charming, like stepping back in time. The food was with plenty of choice and well cooked. White cotton tablecloths on the tables. We will certainly be staying again in the future."
