"Host was very unresponsive, checking in was even harder. After finally checking in I reached out to the hostess to inquire about Wi-Fi and there was no response later on after showering. There was no hot water throughout our stay. The host is never answered and just left me on red. It was a horrible experience. I hated this place. nothing was even set up for people to stay here
Towels in the floor. Overall terrible experience and I’m leaving sick."

"Pros: super clean, great location close to many restaurants, quiet, safe neighborhood, strong ac, stocked mini bar, really comfy bed.
Cons: No full length mirror, bar not open and cafe still under construction, broken soap dispenser, broken toilet seat, no side tables for bed. The TV was broken and had to get up to turn it on and off and super loud even at lowest volume. Luxury price but no luxury extras like hair dryer, robes, or real glassware."

"Good location…Staff at front desk useless. Room inadequate for a deluxe room. Only 1 chair to sitting. A/C impossible to control and room was freezing. Had to request several times for thermostat to be fixed and adjusted to a proper temperature.
Very disappointed especially since there are several boutique hotels nearby with better service, better amenities and less expensive."
