Easy check-in, clean rooms, rapid response from staff, well-equipped. Downside, the parking is across the street and it's a hassle to go from one side to the other with the luggage. We went up a whole flight of stairs with our bags.

This has been the second time in a row that I’ve stayed at Hotel Ola. The service is always phenomenal and the off site parking is across the street. Like I mentioned in a previous review this place is located in a great part of town if you love the night life scene.

We stay here every time we come to Guadalajara! The hotel is a tad bit noisy but otherwise very comfortable… The staff is super friendly and accommodating… The showers are nice, the views from the front and the back rooms are excellent… And we also love the location!

Great location. Rooms are decent, Rooms that face the Main Street are very noisy. Staff did warn me but I didn’t think the bars would have music until 2am on a Sunday. I would suggest investing in windows that are more sound proof.

Things you don't know until you get there: NO parking available, construction occurring directly in front of hotel making entrance difficult to find, nightclub on top floor of building, no coffee available anywhere on the premises and makers not provided, unfinished concrete floors not often swept or mopped, NOISE NOISE & MORE NOISE. I stayed 4 nts & didn't get 1 full night's sleep. This is due to a combination of poor construction (rugs would help, insulation between walls instead of just drywall and double pane the windows to dull street noise) and the nightclub. I was on the 5th floor and the nightclub is on the 9th. Noise travels well here, in all directions. We won't mention the drunken population leaving/returning between 2-4 am. Positives: STAFF - very friendly and eager to help, if possible. Prime location for restaurants & bars & nightlife. Directly adjacent to Centro Historico and other attractions. Budget friendly. This is a great place if you're seeking LOTS of nightlife at a budget price point. If you are seeking quiet at night and coffee in the morning - stay elsewhere and definitely off the main drag; Avenida Chapultepec.
