Excellent boutique hotel in a great location. All staff were great, but a special shout out to Dustin and Ormar in the breakfast area which were both exceptional and very attentive. Very good breakfast! Will definitely stay here again if I visit Guadalajara.

It was our first time staying at the Otmann and it won't be the last. We were within walking distance to many, many restaurants, bars, cafes and stores for shopping. We're already looking to book our next stay.

I stayed here for almost a week and it was perfect. The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful and friendly. You feel completely safe and relaxed. Located in a very nice neighborhood. The restaurant was super nice and convenient. I would stay here again.

The place is beautiful clean and well maintained… I gave them 5 stars… but they charged me for a couple beers that i didn’t drink i own a bar and the last thing before coffee or water that i would drink is a beer… i felt offended by a phone call over 2 beers

This smaller hotel is either a renovated or modern building. We stayed five nights 9/11-9/16, 2026. Everything was clean inside and out. There’s a small patio in the front with a couple of small tables and chairs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect for being close to shops and restaurants in Colonia America. Rooms have a nice large shower and modern bathroom, AC works great, quick and easy elevator (6 floors total with one restaurant level and one lobby/parking. There’s a restaurant and bar area, but we only ate there the last morning and the food was okay. Tons of economical great breakfast options within a few steps away. San Pedro Cafe, Kali Krepes, etc.
