We only stayed 1/3 night stay. The room was super small. Site advertised airport to hotel shuttle which doesn’t exist anymore. Staff was dismissive. Ground floor room was spacious and had its own patio with sun loungers and direct access to pool. Rooftop pool was quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly, helpful and impecably polite. Hotel has a jungly vibe with palm trees everywhere and thatched roffs which make ut very attractive
