Great house Kind host
"Super" Mario and Franco went out of their way to help make our stay amazing. They were most kind and made sure we knew all the details for visiting Mt Etna even making sure we received a free lunch at Etna. Very friendly hosts. The house was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

En partance de l'aéroport de Palerme.
La chambre est superbe. Très belle rénovation de l'ensemble de la maison. Seuls points négatifs : pas facile de rejoindre l'aéroport et pas de réception toute la journée. In peu excentré. La demeure est belle et bien agencée.

Hôtel a littel far to the Town center
Nice room with a own Terrace air condition OK kitchen were we can Cook something. The breakfast on the Town center in the cafe is well placed close to the tchurch and the landscape on Etna wonderfull. The welcom of Mario is unforgetable.

Pessima struttura
Abbiamo prenotato una notte in un bed and breakfast e pensavo di dormire in un Bed and breakfast....mi sono trovato in una struttura a 200 metri di distanza dalla struttura principale, in un casolare di campagna...con un arredamento racimolato alla meno peggio.. un bagno che preferisco non definire....avevo scelto quel posto soprattutto per la presenza dell'aria condizionata....ebbene il telecomando dell'aria condizionata non funzionava era stata programmata una funzione timer che bloccava l'accensione un caldo infernale...un cane all'esterno che ha abbaiato tutta la notte ed infine una colazione ricchissima: un cappuccino e un cornetto e nient'altro....peggio di così!

Le propriétaire est d'une gentillesse rare, le logement est spacieux mais pas de fenêtre car au sous sol donc pas de lumière. Un garage à disposition.

À éviter l'hiver. N'acceptez pas d'être déménagés.
Dès notre arrivé, on nous a déménagé à un appartement "plus central" dans la ville. Mais finit les trois chambres et la grande cuisine et salle à manger sur les photos de l'appartement que nous avions réservé. Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un appartement à une seule chambre (l'autre lit était dans le salon), plus central dans la ville oui, mais avec les désagréments que cela cause (bruits). Le superbe déjeuner illustré sur les photos a été remplacé par une simple pâtisserie/café au bar du coin. Et par dessus tout, nous n'avions pas le contrôle du thermostat (nous y étions en hiver) et la température intérieure n'a jamais dépassée 16 degrés, très inconfortable... Ne pensez même pas prendre une douche à cette température... Très décevant.

Trés satisfaisant
Séjour trés agréable, accueil trés chaleureux, Mario et sa femme sont adorables. Ils sont aux petits soins pour nous, ils donnent des bonnes adresses pour les restaurants et autre. Nous avons beaucoup aimé ce village et nous reviendrons avec plaisir grâce à eux. Pour visiter l'Etna c'est aussi trés bien placé.

relax e gentilezza alle pendici dell'Etna
abbiamo alloggiato in un appartamento gigante (eravamo in due, ma credo che i posti letto fossero 6 più il divano letto), pulito e ben tenuto, provvisto addirittura di maxischermo e sky. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili non solo per i giorni trascorsi a Zafferana Etnea, ma anche per il resto del soggiorno in Sicilia. La mattina supoer colazione con cornetti enormi e buonissimi (da assaggiare assolutamente!).
