"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this resort, and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the property was breathtakingly beautiful and immaculately clean.The customer service across the board was fantastic, but what truly made our trip unforgettable was our wonderful and highly attentive butler, who went out of their way to ensure every need was met. There is an incredible amount of entertainment to keep guests engaged. I absolutely loved the live musicians playing instruments throughout the property, and there is never a shortage of activities to do. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a perfect, hassle-free vacation!"

"Everything was wonderful. For an all inclusive the food was pretty good, not amazing but pretty good. Plenty of choices for food that’s for sure. It’s was well maintained and clean but there is room for improvements. The two story terrace room with private pool is great but the pool is lacking and that level should definitely have some plants or other items to warm it up a bit. It would be nice if you could adjust the pool more even if you could turn the jets. The television set up is terrible. The tv pulls out a tilts but you can’t see it from the bed. The only things that I felt were bad was that there was no door on the bathroom or shower. There is a door for the toilet but when in the shower you freeze and have no privacy. The other is the coffee maker in the room. Even after a replacement it just doesn’t function and also makes the weakest coffee on the planet IF you can get it to work. It would also be great if there were hooks or rails in the bathroom or anywhere for that matter to hang wet clothing or towels. Only two hooks IN the shower. Just not enough."

"Best destination for a family gateway!!!! The resort is brand new, super clean and perfectly designed for all types of families. Food was delicious everywhere and the entertainment was fantastic. Has a full on water park for younger children and a family pool that is perfect for teens. Request a room with the family pool view to keep away from the noise of the waterpark. Much more conducive when traveling with teens. The suites are huge!!! Ours had 2 full bathrooms and a Murphy bed in the living room for our son. The only trade off was giving up the king size bed for 2 queen beds …. But was worth it for avoiding the crowds, the noise and lack of privacy on the water park side. Many thanks to our butlers Maria and Raul, Alberto, our waiter at the beach, Jony and Misael at the adult side pool, Angelis at the sports bar, and Gabriel and Deymi at Go majestic for setting up our transportation and excursion. A must visit!!!! Exceptional resort!!!"

"Hotel is beautiful and clean some stuff are very friendly some no so much but that’s normal Everywhere you go. Beware and wake up really early to get a spot at the splash pad if you’re taking kids people camp out there since 8 am. Also make sure you schedule your dinner reservations as soon as you get there if not you will be stuck eating either at the Buffett or room services. Because they are the only ones that aren’t open a bit later."
