Enjoyed our stay at villas Tiburon. Loved how quiet and relaxing it was. Staff is so helpful they recommended us great places to visit. So nice to just walk across the property and you are at the beach and the hotel has their own lawn chairs to lounge on. Overall very happy with our stay.

We love location, one of the most beautiful places on the island. The sunset is amazing from the hotel 🏝️the guys on the bar. William and Hector are very hard workers very kind 💕also Laura and Johana on the front office very nice and helpful definitely we are coming back 😀

LIKED: spacious, clean rooms; on the beach; staff friendly and helpful. Towels, loungers, umbrellas available for use. Plants and grounds nicely kept DID NOT LIKE: is advertised as "adults only" but there were a couple kids present under 14; "restaurant" consists of tables on the sand, very limited hours. Restaurant and bar on premises but very small. Pools small and dirty. Ad appears to show hammocks over the ocean but is not true.

Wonderful stay!

Beautiful setting with very friendly staff. The grounds, bar/restaurant, pools and rooms all had nice unique touches with funky, creative, fun, and beautiful decor, etc. Quiet surroundings with easy access to both town and the natural end of the beach.

It's a nice location with a beautiful beach, but away from the centro like 20 min walking. If you want more quiet location is perfect. My room had everything, stuff was helpful. The only issue for me was the noise. I think they were doing some little repairs here and there, moving new seifs at night, drilling something. Also you gonna hear every chair movement on the next floor if it's a cleaning in the morning or guests. That kind of ruined my sleep unfortunately. Be aware that there might be gecones, cucarachas sneaking into your room. I even saw snakes in the territory. Rooftop was dirty like no one cleaned it for a long time, there was no service which is ashame because view is beautiful. Has hot water, cleaning, restaurant only till 3pm, wifi was slow but i managed to watch netflix.

The Alma Rooftop Bar was our favorite. Great food and drinks and super friendly staff. Continental breakfast in the morning with fresh fruit and toast was nice. Clean beach and rooms. Great place for the price.

Great location in Holbox. We could walk to the city center in less than 20 min. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice. I felt it fell short only on beach amenities. They have a so called "beach club" but all you get is chairs and towels. No bikes, paddleboards, kayaks,.. included in the club
