"The hotel itself is nice, over a large area, With a cold and hot pool, and grounds to walk through. Our family room was big and clean. However, the stairs to get from the parents's bed to the children's loft were uncomfortable and a bit scary to climb down. The staff did their best to help but since none spoke English, we could ask for practically nothing. "
