Staff is so patient and knowledgeable about what foreign guests should experience during their stay. I slept in one day and there were fresh towels and water left at my door without me asking. Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The room was basic but spotless. We were only there to sleep anyway. Everything relied in large part to a self serve model(luggage locker room, check in etc). Staff was fine but not super helpful. Overall our stay was good.
