Overall, this is a beautiful property, and does not disappoint in terms of the Hyatt brand. The breakfast is very large, that was the only downside to the experience as the taste just wasn’t quite there.

This was by far one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. It was wonderful to wake up, grab a to-go breakfast at Lawson’s across the street and walk a few blocks to yamashita park. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are luxurious. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We could not believe we got this room for the price we did. It’s easy walking distance to everything you could want in Yokohama. We will definitely stay here again.

It is very close to the airport express bus stop and cruise terminal. The hotel staff is accommodating. We can get anywhere we want very quickly.
