"The room was spotless. The bed was sooooo comfy, but we had to pull the linens out of the foot of the bed to get them up over our shoulders. Parking was plentiful and convenient in the two garages across the street. We would recommend this hotel."
"This was a perfect spot for our family. We booked the suite which gave us enough room and ability to have some take-out meals in our room. Everything worked and it was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. "
"Small but has everything you need. Noisy since it's on a main arterial, traffic and sirens into the night. Unit was clean and tidy. Tiny back yard for ground floor units, can sit outdoors. No front desk, after checking time you get a room number and code to key into your unit. Felt safe, looked like video cameras monitor building. Fine for overnight stay passing through Nanaimo. Note: there was a problem with Expedia, my prepaid stay didn’t get credited, but when informed of the double charge, The Spot immediately refunded my second card charge."
