"Gem of a hotel in the heart of Seoul, next to the famous CoEx mall. The restaurants in the hotel are great, including a Michelin starred Japanese restaurant that is booked well in advance. The staff are attentive to detail and the Junior Suite we stayed in was luxurious and quiet. Evening jazz at the Lounge bar was a nice bonus as were the amateur piano recitals in the adjacent Artium. Close to the 10-floor Hyundai department store that is chock full of luxury brands."

"This place is great for 4 people. Very spacious and comfortable. The washing machine was a plus. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage for us after checkout. We used their van service and the driver was excellent. Great hotel!"

"Good for solo travellers who are staying in Seoul only 1-2 nighta. Room was clean and neat and it is very near some cafes and the station but not noisy at all. Fuss free check-in/check-out, but note that there are no staff manning the place."
