The spacious room and the clean, thoughtfully prepared amenities made the stay very comfortable. What stood out the most was the genuinely friendly and attentive staff, who made the experience especially enjoyable. If I had to mention one small improvement, it would be nice to have a more affordable dining option within the hotel. That said, with so many great restaurants and shops just downstairs at COEX Mall, it’s completely understandable. Overall, it was a wonderful and pleasant two-week stay.

I have stayed in numerous hotels as I have traveled the world. Your hotel was more special for me as your staff that work at the concierge area, were more than employees they became my friends. Never have I had such excellent help with such sincere kindness. I had a gentleman Kim Fox whom i am going to email the president of the Westin in detail what excellent service he provided me, no one would could come close as to what he did for me, I lost my phone and I had other issues and Mr. Fox was a gift from heaven you have no idea how he went over and above to help me. You are very lucky to have Mr. Fox working for you.

The room was somewhat compact but perfectly adequate for a solo traveler like myself. Overall cleanliness after housekeeping was good, though I did notice a bit of dust in the corners near the bed and couch. The spa facilities were excellent, and the lounge service throughout the day was both pleasing and enjoyable. The hotel as a whole is well maintained, and the staff are well trained and deliver excellent service.
