"It’s clean and convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The spa is great, and we really enjoyed the food and the view of Tokyo Bay at the Japanese restaurant on top of the hotel tower. It’s very convenient to go to DisneySea and DisneyLand, the hotel offers complementary bus service with frequent schedule to transport guests. We also like the area a lot, it’s quiet, safe and clean. The department store at the nearby bus/metro station is very big with variety of food and goods for shoppers. We will definitely consider to stay here again if we come to Tokyo in the future. "

"This whole experience was amazing! I loved having a shuttle from airport to hotel and from hotel to Narita station and Aeos mall! Also Nita, who works at the front desk, is SPECTACULAR!!
