The hotel offered a wonderful introduction to Japan
The style and decor were serene and attractive the bedroom comfortable
I had breakfast and dinner in their Japanese restaurant, Yukuri the ambiance was excellent the service
and food beautifully presented and delicious There is also a Western style restaurant
Over all a perfect experience I highly recommend it

We asked the staff on a Monday when we needed to forward our luggage to get it to the airport for our flight the following Saturday. They told us it would get there overnight so Friday would work. Come to find out, that’s only to the closer airport, not Narita. So when we came to ship it Friday morning we were informed it wouldn’t get there until Sunday, which was after our flight. We ended up having to take a taxi which cost $200. Had they just asked the question which airport are you going to. We would have known that we needed to do it sooner and could have avoided this.
Besides that, the staff just wasn’t as friendly or helpful as other hotels we stayed in during our trip to Japan.
The room was fine. It was clean.
