"This motel was by far the worst I've ever experienced. I cannot overstate the severity of the issues I encountered. The entire property should be either demolished or undergo extensive renovations.
To summarize my negative experiences:
1. Room service and staff were deficient: Communication and service were unsatisfactory.
2. The shower was faulty: It lacked sufficient hot water and was broken.
3. The main door lock malfunctioned: Despite the security risk, the motel refused to provide a...
"The rooms are nice and clean. Bed very comfortable. Train station, restaurants and shops within walking distance. There's drinks and snacks at all times in the lobby."

"I loved our family room with the loft; very clean and cozy and we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the tea plantation. The hot pot restaurant was amazing with delicious fresh veggies and was a lovely way to end the day after hiking in the misty forest. The view of sunset from the hot pot restaurant was absolutely stunning! My only reservation would be for elderly travelers as there are stairs and some steep pathways- they would need some assistance with luggage and walking. Breakfast was delicious! I’m so grateful we stayed here. Thank you! "
