"A lovely country pub. The landlady was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of tea and coffee sachets in the room. The food was exceptional and the breakfast was amazing. Even freshly brewed coffee which you do not get in hotels. We were pleasantly surprised."

"We had a great stay at The Bentley. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming ,rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and a variety of choice. Very conveniently placed for Cathedral and Castle.
Only one minor complaint the shower was cold running water but the bath was nice. Maybe someone to take a look at this."

"I had an amazing relaxing night at the Urban rRetreat Hotel Grantham. The receptionist was lovely and even upgraded my room. I slept so well due to the feelings of luxury and safety. "Lovely place to stay for a couple of nights. Pool/gym facilities were excellent and restaurant/bar was great!! Lovely staff. Our room was so far away from reception area….I went for a jog and started at the room and covered almost 500m before I reached the lobby! A guest laundry would have been most helpful."

The reception team was awesome, friendly, gentle, respectful.
I stayed in the executive room. My wife loved the bed, took a while to get her to wake up, lol.
The wash room was clean and the soaps and body lotion was on point!
Blinding curtains, a mini fridge, complimentary water, breakfast coffee, Lovely semi sofa chairs (great for couple's,lol).
Also to add the place is noise free and has a relaxing ambiance.
