"Great stay , only small issue was a very hot bedroom but small window opened which helped slightly . We stayed monday night so no food available but breakfast on tuesday was excellent.

"Check-in was friendly and helpful and accommodating, the lobby area was spacious and open, my bedroom was large/spacious/clean. The bathroom was clean with an excellent shower and facilities.
(NB: The hotel has recently acquired new owners and an extensive renovation has commenced and as a result not all areas are accessible/usable ...... YET!)
There is no restaurant or room service available other than beverage facilities in the room.
The grounds surrounding the hotel desperately need work and tidying up.
HOWEVER, work is visibly in progress and the staff that are on site excel in customer service. The hotel is definitely on the way up!

"Stayed here a few times when visiting family. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is amazing, really sets you up for the day. Living in the US you don't get breakfast like this.
The only thing I would like to see is the amenities in the bathroom more eco friendly. Liquid hand soap as opposed to a bar. Some hotels even have the dispensers in the showers. This would have been handy for our shower as you had to put the shower gel on the floor. Coffee, not used to making this with a kettle but its' fine. The court yard now has seating which really looks lovely. Love the interior of the hotel, a very trendy feel which mixes well with such a beautiful building. Over all we would highly recommend this hotel if visiting the area."
