"Large spacious comfortable apartment within a 5 minute walk of the town centre. Very well set up to self cater with great views of the mountains. Quiet location. Staff interaction was somewhat mixed with potential to improve - but postive overall. Only small negative is the notice in the kitchen warning guests of the sensitive smoke alarms and €600 fines - please consider rephrasing so as not to put guests on edge and worried about using the cooking facilities. "

"I had a Fantastic two-night stay here, I wished it had been longer. I had a large family room, certainly bigger than I needed but I immensely enjoyed anyway. Everything was great with the Internet sognal strong, a comfortable bed. The bath was great with plenty of hot water. The room also has a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is rare in Europe. Plenty of Walk/run/cycle tracks on the doorstep too. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The front desk was so EXTREMELY patient and kind to us. They were very accomadating and understanding to our language barrier. An exceptionally thoughtful young man assisted us part way to get our bus in the rain. Without his help not sure if we would have made our connections. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. "Great hotel to stay in, very clean and staff very helpful. We only ate breakfast on the last morning of our stay but I’d highly recommend it to all guests as it had a great buffet selection to choose from. Swimming pool was a great way to relax after our daily hiking, I only wish the sauna was open from 3pm instead of 5pm. Staying in the hotel you receive a Garmisch pass which allows access to the local buses for free. We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel and Garmisch is a lovely spot to visit, so much to do and see."
