"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the Kent Hotel. The location and service were great. One small area for improvement would be the sound insulation—especially in the morning, noise levels were a bit higher than expected, which impacted our rest. With better soundproofing, the experience would be even better."

"This hotel was in great location! The beds were comfortable and everything was clean but there was nowhere to put clothes away ( like a dresser) and the bathroom was extremely small. The fact that you have to walk across to back of hotel and enter another hotel for the pool wasn’t great for us. When I signed up for this hotel, it said free breakfast was included but when we got there, the front desk said we weren’t on the list for free breakfast. It was ok to stay here but these were the issues I didn’t care for "

"Room was filthy- as if the toilet wasn't cleaned for ages. Staff was nice enough to change to an upgraded room when cleanliness was brought up. Even the upgraded room wasn't "clean" by acceptable standards. This Mondrian is very different than the one I stayed at years ago. It was the cheapest option of "nice places" in Miami Beach- I guess it just shouldn't be considered a "nice place" anymore. It's a shame- used to be good. "

"Food excellent & plenty to chose from. Infinity pool was just perfect & plenty of seating around the pool .... providing you got there earlier enough ! Shame that the bar/Infinity pool area does get rented out privately, so we couldn't use it for an afternoon, although the beach is available, sometimes you just want to relax around the pool. The other pool was cold and seating in the shade, so made it chilly!"
