"Front Desk: Rude, no friendly welcoming greeting. When asked questions about things, what, huh? type of reaction. My expectation for any front desk staffs to be welcoming and being helpful and not giving attitude. Room Staff: Nice Room: Clean Room, but some flaws. Some towels have stained. Broken showerhead. Bathroom won't seal and some maintainance issue here and there. Location: In excellent location. Bakery: Friendly and helpful. Food is good too. Parking: No Free Self-Parking. Use the municipal parking garage next door. I have 4 people in the room and only 3 pillows were given and when I called the front desk to request more pillows, they said sorry they ran out of pillows. Really... "
